Luxury Duplex Double Seaview

The Luxury Double rooms are located on the ground floor at the rear of the hotel and have stunning views of the sea, mountains and Mannin Bay with direct access to the gardens.

With free high speed WIFI throughout, these rooms have a king bed on the first floor mezzanine where there is also a stand alone bathtub. The bed comes with a bamboo mattress topper for additional comfort. There is a living room on the ground floor and a walk in shower, Voya organic amenities and bathrobes are provided.

The rooms come nicely furnished with tea and Nespresso coffee making facilities, mini fridge for cold drinking water storage. They are also equipped with a large flat screen TV with Irish and some satellite channels, an iron and ironing board and safe for small personal items.

These rooms sleep maximum 2 adults. The bed can be converted to two single beds, request for this MUST be made at the time of reservation.

These rooms are for ADULTS only no children or infants.

These rooms are not suitable for Guests who find stairs challenging

Pets are NOT allowed.

Facilities at the Hotel include Spa Treatments, Seaweed Baths both Indoors and Outside, Hot Tub and Sauna all of which are bookable on our website.. Coming soon for 2026 are two outdoor Padel Courts which will be bookable online. Charges apply to all these facilities.

The Beach is just a two minute walk from the hotel.
